1987

benntec Thomas Benndorf GmbH is founded. The focus of the company is the marketing and set-up of goods protection systems and video control systems.

1995

Main focus on video control systems. The company name is changed to benntec Videokontrolltechnik GmbH.

1996

Expansion of the business fields to include: training systems and training software (eLearning & Multimedia) as well as railway inspection systems (image processing systems)

1997

New company registration as benntec Systemtechnik GmbH with extended field of business

2000

Certification according to DIN EN ISO 9001

2003

Founding of the "eLearning & Multimedia TIGER" special product department for large projects. Certification according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2000

2005

Restructuring of the “eLearning & Multimedia TIGER” product department and management buyout of the railway inspection systems department

2008

The system software department extends its portfolio and starts to provide more services

2009

benntec founds a subsidiary in Berlin, Germany

Geradts GmbH and Rheinmetall Defence Electronics are the shareholders of benntec Systemtechnik GmbH.

Today our company has a workforce of over 75 employees in three product departments:
